Juniper Mist Outdoor Access Points (AP66, AP64)
According to Juniper, the AP66 and AP64 access points are ruggedised devices for indoor and outdoor use, including harsh environments. The AP66 supports Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), the AP64 Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax), both in tri-band operation at 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz with two spatial streams.
Both models have an IP67-rated enclosure and an operating temperature range of −40 to 55 °C with solar loading. The AP66 provides a 10GbE port, the AP64 a 2.5GbE port, each with PoE input. The AP66D has dynamically selectable directional antennas. According to Juniper, the access points connect automatically to the Juniper Mist cloud, download their configuration and are managed via the Mist cloud.

Data rates are maximum radio data rates per datasheet, not user throughput. According to the Juniper comparison table, the AP66 carries a one-year warranty. Order numbers -WW (outside the US) and -US. The Juniper Image Library does not yet contain product photos of the AP66; the images show the AP64.
